DJ Club Bangers

Today the official Winter Music Conference 2011 dates were announced, which are set to take place Mar 8-12 in Miami Florida. For those unfamiliar, WMC traditionally occurs the last weekend in March. So what’s the big deal in having it a full two weeks earlier you ask? Well for starters, it overlaps with another popular music festival in SXSW (March 11-15). Lastly and perhaps most importantly, all the awesome after parties that make WMC what it is, are still happening at the end of March. Confused? So am I. The date change has enraged many fans and DJs a like, including Steve Angello who just a few days ago announced his plan for a massive 14-hour party that was set to take place, yep you guessed it, at the end of March. He and other DJs went off on their Twitter account today.
